World-renowned chefs Mohamed Musthafa, Sartoria Lamberti and Sergei Andreychenko, bring food lovers Southern European fine dining plates with an approachable urban vibe and a gastronomically rich sharing concept. The raw bar offers a variety of contemporary raw fish and seafood plates, while the other sections combine Dubai's beloved staples such as meat, fish and greens. GARTH is a multi-dimensional dining destination previously a member's only establishment. The client wanted an enchanted laid-back ambience while savouring the unconventional flavours of a deeply innovative Southern European menu.
Concept
GARTH is a homegrown concept that brings modern metropolitan culture with an authentic lifestyle to the fore. Inspired by reimagined Parisian dining, 4SPACE delivers a chic aesthetic. The contemporary interiors mirror the design-centric DNA of GARTH. 4SPACE placed real importance on stunning optics whilst respecting the fundamentals of minimalism.
Garth is English for a green yard enclosed by cloisters. The inspiration has created a perfectly landscaped green terrace at the back of the restaurant providing visual appeal. Garth is also a gentleman’s name that brings a sense of masculinity to the brand's archetype.

GARTH is adorned in a tasteful palette of warm beiges, browns, creams, and dusky pinks with contrasting textures and a gorgeous pampas grass display. A white baby grand piano adds to the effortlessly cool ambience.
