The Gate Aveneue at DIFC is an 880-metre long promenade in Dubai with shops and restaurants connecting the buildings in the Gate Avenue financial district.
Architects RMJM hast incorporated a series of three glass gates within Gate Avenue at DIFC in Dubai, which reference the iconic Gate Building. These Gates link the indoor retail mix with the promenade level as well as integrating the inner and outer environments throught vertical circulation and visual connectivity.
Low-iron, coloured enamelled LINIT®EcoGlass profile glass with "cord" surface was used. This very fine line shaped surface impresses with its extraordinary elegance. Combined with the translucent white color enamel that is permanently baked into the glass, this U-glass is the best on the market for light facades.
