Located within a garden of a historic villa in Portici, the apartment is the result of the conversion of a former stable. The intervention chooses a minimalist style, light colors and essential materials and lines.
The project takes shape starting from the pitched roof on the original structure, with the insertion of two windows to allow natural light to illuminate the space.
The entrance is characterized by a double-height space, while a wardrobe cabinet - in white wood panels ‘ separates the living and the night areas.
South oriented, the living room is connected to the kitchen, with light-colored walls that enhance the natural oak wood floor and the deer marble cladding of the worktop; a staircase leads to the mezzanine, a place of relaxation. Resin floor and fir wood ceiling warm the bedroom, custom made a small patio completes the apartment.
