DBW worked directly with leadership to coordinate design and delivery across the client's North American real estate portfolio, carrying a consistent approach from site to site while adapting each location to its own technical requirements.
Designed with client hosting in mind, the space opens on a monochromatic material palette, quartz countertops, and S-shaped linear lighting that gives arriving visitors something to remember. Beyond the front of house, private offices and quiet zones protect concentrated work, while ergonomic furnishings and a restrained palette keep the working floor calm.
Acoustic strategies raise sound quality and privacy across work areas, reducing distraction during high-focus tasks. Clearly defined work zones accommodate a range of roles, schedules, and workflows as teams move between remote and in-person work.
