The vision for this building is to bring a new landscape of building design to new constructions in Armenia that are energy efficient and prioritize the user of the space rather than quantity of apartments or number of floors. The concept of the building itself already fosters a community of forward looking individuals who value aesthetics, functionality and efficiency.
The building is a pure model of how new constructions can be sophisticated yet functional and minimal. Gogol is Armenia’s Energy efficiency certified residential building with an A++ rating. The design utilizes the use of greenery and plants in the interior to bridge the gap between urban living and nature. Most importantly Gogol is a philosophy that is shared by all the residents of the building. When you become a part of Gogol you become a part of a community with a certain ethos and values that prioritizes efficiency, sustainability and functionality.
