DinellJohansson has helped with the transformation throughout this entire renovation process, from interior and detail sketches to construction follow-up.

The new Gondolen has retained a lot of the original expression and interior from before, but has also made major changes. Among the biggest changes that have been made is that the former dining room has been replaced by the open kitchen that meets guests directly from the elevators. 

In the restaurant itself, which has restored the previous floor, the bar has been moved from the “gondola” itself to become independent in the new dining room. A grand piano has also been placed on the site next to the bar. The gondola will operate on two floors instead of one. 

A glass-enclosed rooftop bar under the name Bar Zeppelin will be added on the roof, which can be reached via a staircase in the restaurant, and the outdoor seating will also continue to operate on the site.
