Greenview

Luxury development of three lateral flats with stunning views overlooking Chigwell Golf Course and no more then 10 minutes on foot from Chigwell tube station (Central Line) and the local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Each of the circa 200m2 flats occupy an entire floor and consist of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms/en-suites, spacious living room, kitchen/dining room, underfloor heating throughout, air conditioning, as well as allocated parking space.

Flats have been interiorly designed in different colour schemes and material to create individuals looks. A key controlled communal lift is accessible from all floors and opens straight into the two top flats. The ground floor flat also benefits from the sole use of the beautiful garden.

Design Brief: Supply a product that is luxurious for a high end new build. The flooring will need to be hardwearing and practical for family living but will look beautiful

Product Selected: We worked with the client and decided on our Oak White Oiled as the perfect option. As there are lots of open spaces we advised the client to go for wide boards of 220mm. Engineered boards were used as they were to be laid over underfloor heating

Designers Comments: When it came to choosing flooring colour and home accessories we worked with Claire Bloom from Claire Bloom Interiors

Green view

By Claire Bloom, resident interior designer to Ecora Green View is a boutique development of luxury classic modern flats in the heart of Essex. All three flats boast exceptionally large rooms, wide hallways and lots of natural light.

The interiors are a mix of mid-century modern and classic design, with luxurious wooden flooring and under floor heating throughout, plus marble bathrooms and a balcony sun deck. We used extra wide planks in a light white wash throughout the flats, including in bedrooms to maintain the calm flow. The wood flooring was broken up by huge area rugs to create that cosy ambiance. Plus all the doors are extra height so you really get that feeling of space and light. The living room acts as great space to hang out and watch movies, with enough room for an exceptionally large wrap sofa for entertaining.

The kitchen is based on a family friendly design, with ample seating in the glass roofed dining area. We added a huge bespoke kitchen island to break up and define the space, plus to provide additional casual seating and food prep area.

For the master suite we created a splash of glamour with tall mirror wardrobes, ice grey silk drapes and a deep pile silk mix rug. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower in white marble, with double sink and generous built in cabinetry. The 3 further bedrooms also have exceptional storage space , with deep wardrobes and plenty of room for chests of drawers and other bedroom furniture.
