Collaborative project with Aoyama Flower Market Space Design Division "PerkERs".
This is a residential-to-office conversion of a building along Shibuya Park Avenue.

The concept of "START UP CYCLE" was developed from the point of view of Shibuya Ward, which focuses on supporting start-ups, and upcycling of old buildings.
The concept is "START UP CYCLE.

We aimed to create a comfortable space where people can connect and update themselves.

We also brought the natural view of the nearby Yoyogi Park into the interior of the building. The office is a comfortable "park" like space, which is also the concept of PerkERs.
