GYRE GALLERY is located within the third floor of GYRE on Omotesando in Tokyo. The gallery showcases all kinds of artist works that mirrors trends, ideologies and expressions of our contemporary society. The layout of the Gyre Gallery derives from its name.
A circular movement connects the Entrance-, Overview-, Installation- and Daylight-Gallery. Each gallery is different in size and proportions. The spaces can be viewed in a variety of different sequences, without a beginning or an end. Movable art walls give the artists the possibility of controlling the direction as well as the amount of daylight.
