HHCR House

Vondom as Stool

Country house

Vondom’s residential furniture will make this a luxurious and modern home. The Wall Street collection brings an avant-garde style.

This country house is located on the banks of the Tresinaro stream; the building is on the green lawn of the Po valley, defining an empty space through architecture.

The house reinterprets a historical countryside space known as porta morta in contemporary terms, defining a hollow space that becomes the fulcrum of architecture.

This residential project is characterised by its minimalist and modern style that is evident in every space of the house, connected by two transparent levels; accentuated by the windows cut into the structure, leaning slightly backwards and framed by black bands in contrast with the white surfaces. These permanently flood the bedrooms and study on the second floor with light which are joined through a hanging balcony; while the living rooms and communal areas on the first floor extend the house out towards the landscape.

The residential furniture of HHCR House

The porch, as a solar diaphragm and jasmine canopy, configures the open-air extension of the living room, which is attached to the kitchen, where the Vondom residential furniture has been placed, taking centre stage in the room, ensuring that the large dining table stands out thanks to the avant-garde design of the Wall Street chairs created by Eugeni Quitllet, which are also placed in the outdoor dining room. The stools from the same collection, are also part of the furniture chosen to decorate this area that is so important in all homes.

The Nat Office studio was entrusted with redefining the style of the country house and transformed it into a showcase on the plain.
