Gasteiger Architekten Partnerschaft realized for H-I-M Villenbau a high quality multi-family villa flooded with light in Alt-Bogenhausen, Munich. A special highlight of the house is the penthouse, which extends over two floors and has generously dimensioned roof terraces. One of the most important missions was to achieve high economic efficiency in the utilization of the land combined with high architectural quality.
