Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, the brief was to create a homely and inviting office space for external guests and the Hilton staff alike, with the intent of this project to be the benchmark for future offices around the work and emphasise the rich history of Hilton Hotels worldwide.
Upon entering the space, guests are greeted with a vista through to the neighbouring Pitt Street Hilton Hotel, which is framed as the focal point of the front of house zone. Having a direct connection to one of their paramount hotels was key to celebrate the connectivity of the workplace to the businesses successfull offering.
The material palette was signnificant in unifying the workplace ethos to the existing calibre of high quality experience you would recognise in a Hilton Hotel, the methodology of creating a home away from home was relfected in a variety of space that embraced social connection, activities to thrive and rejuvenate and articulated with design features that were soft and well balanced.
Having been named after other Hilton offices situated in the Asia Pacific region, each space is embelished via the use of graphics to celebrate its individuality and allows visitors to experience the story behind Hilton Hotel.
