Key components of the headquarters include an impressive lobby, offices, collaborative areas, restaurants, conference rooms, and innovative co-working spaces. The interior design cleverly separates various functions while maintaining privacy and promoting informal meetings, inspired by themes of water, sky, and forest. The use of natural light and transparency enhances aesthetics and staff efficiency throughout the extensive building. Private Label International designed Ten01, an updated housing option for Arizona State University students in Tempe. The property underwent extensive renovations, particularly to its five amenity floors, to enhance competitiveness and attract a diverse demographic, including international students. Key renovations included enhancing the facade, updating the living units, and revitalizing the amenity spaces. These areas reflect desert living through features like a two-story walnut wood wall, custom perforated metal panels, and layered ceilings inspired by local landscapes. The fitness center showcases a unique multi-layered ceiling with integrated lighting, designed to harmonize with the facility's varying floor levels while optimizing airflow and functionality. In terms of materials, the project utilized refinished existing metal cladding for the facade, and polished concrete flooring, and also Shaw Contract's Haven collection for carpeting in the leasing, presentation, and cyber lounge areas.
The interior design of Accor Indonesia's office combines European-inspired elements with local Indonesian culture. The reception and boardroom exemplify European aesthetics, while the open work area integrates traditional batik patterns and Balinese Sarung Poleng motifs in the carpets.
