A small construction company commissioned us to design a small building, it would be the company's first experience in building its own buildings. The resources were well controlled and the apartment would be commercialized in the plant for the value of around 250 thousand reais.

This is a very common situation in Brazilian cities. The architecture needs to propose solutions and to elaborate projects that meet with quality and good performance in order not to become elitist nor to stay the margin of the construction of the cities, fact that has happened with great evidence.

We tried to design a building without excesses, that was objective to the maximum in relation to its spaces and technically very detailed and studied.
