The owners turned to us to offer them a special design for this duplex with potential, wanting to rent it later. I took over the apartment in a finished and clean state, with parquet and painted walls, finished and equipped bathrooms, these only needing specific changes.
The site included the repair of the deck on the terraces, additions of custom-made furniture, cladding of accent walls on the ground floor, decorations and textiles to bring the whole atmosphere to an elegant and sober area.
The clients have given us maximum freedom in choosing complementary finishes and statement pieces of furniture. This is very rare in our profession and we were very happy, but we treated their decision with great respect and attention. We started from the idea of an elegant duplex and put the necessary accents so that this can be felt from the moment you enter the space.
The entire ground floor of this duplex is a statement of elegance and refinement. The transition to the upper level is made on the interior staircase covered with wood and the glass railing that we chose to emphasize with the help of the spectacular wallpaper.
All this interior space, spread over two levels, opens onto 2 generous terraces of 80 square meters in total, which we could not let go to waste. We have thus created several relaxation areas with the help of the furniture ordered through SDHouse Romania - the reading and socializing area with armchairs and sofa, the dining area consisting of a table with 6 chairs, the canopy area for relaxation, and on the first floor the spa area with sunbeds and the bar area with armchairs and bar table with cooling system.
