The project is located on land located in the City of Mercedes, Province of Buenos Aires. The lot extends longitudinally on Line Municipal prevail over the long width. On the ground and there was a recreation area consisting of a train car and a swimming pool, under these conditions the housing is implanted in the northwest corner containing the main and vehicular access, promoting northeast exposure for the main functions and enhancing the relationship between housing, the environment and existing elements.

Areas were optimized to build a useful home with the least amount of square meters as requested by the client requirement. The program consists of an integrated living, dining and kitchen area, and two bedrooms, one master suite, and services. Since the program represents 10% of the land the need to develop the same in a single plant is interpreted.

The project is solved in two volumes of different functional and morphological character. A greater volume of open space houses the main wealth and more permanent functions, celebrating a correct relationship with the environment; And an introvert volume where ancillary activities and services are developed, being distinct major private functions, secondary, public and housing.

The materials were selected to shorten lead times and reduce labor costs. For the main volume was thought an envelope sheet, dry construction, while the secondary volume is solved in traditional construction containing wet the entire sector.
