There was the need to modernize the exterior look and the interior conditions and functionality of an existing rural house in order to renew its inhabitability.
For this reconstruction, one chose to expand the previously small windows into tall glass doors to stimulate the interior spaces and creating two suspended elements so that the new outdoor spaces could be fully used and familiarized. The first element on the top floor will rise over a terrace with a concrete structure which extends the area in front of the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen, and maximizes the volume of the house so that it can better integrate itself in front on the forest rising right behind it. The garage with a cover supported on concrete beams with a length of 14 meters marks the beginning of the long lawn and a new expansion of the lower floor in wood for a leisure room.
