The centrepiece of the ensemble is the detached house, consisting of two offset or rotated stacked cubes. This arrangement creates exciting room layouts inside.
To the north of the detached house, in the front row on the street, is the semi-detached house, which was strongly inspired by the design of the detached house. The very expressive building design and the effect of the ensemble as a whole give the two semi-detached houses an extremely high-quality overall impression.
The two floors of the detached house open up generously to the south – in the other directions, the building is more closed than a classic perforated façade, which also shields it from the semi-detached house. Despite the large glass fronts on the ground floor, the recesses create a feeling of protected retreat areas.
As the owner, who is also the investor, had the semi-detached house built alongside the detached house, this cubic ensemble could be realised as a uniform overall concept.
