From the outset, Huawei was clear about its objective: the new headquarters needed to embody modernity, technological innovation, and a genuine connection to nature. In response, we developed an integrated design concept that blends user experience with a contemporary architectural language. The interiors incorporate vegetation, wood, and soft curves that generate visual continuity and comfort, while high-performance solutions such as curved glass, tailored acoustic systems, and custom-designed furniture ensure technical precision and functionality. This balance between natural materials, construction detail, and efficiency creates a workplace that fosters creativity and productivity, fully aligned with Huawei’s global brand identity.
One of the main challenges was achieving an efficient layout that maximized every square meter without compromising fluidity or spatial comfort. At the same time, the project faced a demanding schedule, which required structuring the construction process into overlapping phases and strategically sequenced execution packages. This approach allowed us to maintain the pace of delivery without sacrificing finishes or technical performance.
Covering approximately 3,000 m², the project includes office areas, meeting rooms, and zones for rest and collaboration. Its construction required advanced methods such as double-framed curved drywall partitions, non-orthogonal ceiling systems, and integrated furniture with organic geometries. High-quality materials were selected throughout—natural wood, low-contrast carpets, tempered curved glass, acoustic panels, and custom furniture—each carefully chosen to enhance comfort, durability, and contemporary aesthetic value.
The spatial organization reflects both functional requirements and user experience. Workstations and collaborative areas are located along the perimeter to maximize natural light, while service areas are concentrated around the central core. This configuration ensures equitable distribution of resources, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced environmental quality. Curves in walls, ceilings, and furniture unify the space, creating a warm and fluid atmosphere that reinforces Huawei’s visual identity and delivers a modern, functional, and human-centered workplace.
