The new Integrated Services Center in Oviedo Ibermutuamur is inserted as an efficient medical facility, product of the deployment of an optimal, rational, comprehensive and structured system, which enhances the institutional and mutual symbolic. Compact, modulated, coherent, the building has been designed as a hinge between the new road layout of urbanization Prado de la Vega and landscaped green area next to the highway Ruta de la Plata.
Implanted into a strict condensed block, reconstitutes and enhances their environment through correct positioning and precise choice on the floor access level. The building is placed in the southern part of Lot 89 and seeks topography optimization to emphasize the best visual to the front and the park, which maximize the use of natural light.
In turn, serves especially to the generation of a clear and comprehensive front facade, sober and representative, in relation to traffic Cerdeño Street roundabout and close the link with the immediate garden area. Then it creates a small-scale rear facade and greater restraint, which extends the adjacent park, vegetation and neatness, into the site interior.
The project develops the program in a compact and horizontal building typology to optimize ratios between usabe net area and gross area, relax the use change of the parts, releasing the most of outdoor gardens, rank circulations and contain its budget construction.
