This is a project made up of two buildings, partially built over the footprint of Metro Line 14’s station. The two buildings—one with 90 apartments and the other with 22—also accommodate the entrance halls of the Mairie de Saint-Ouen station.

The quality of the apartments and their layout were closely monitored by the City Hall. Comfortable access halls and naturally lit circulation spaces for the shared areas reflect the quality of these homes. All apartments have an outdoor space—a balcony or terrace—opening onto the city.

The restrained architecture emphasizes the project’s urban character: a two-level base contains the metro entrances as well as retail spaces. The choice of materials—precast concrete and natural stone—meets the requirements of the City of Saint-Ouen. The regular grid of openings aligns with the idea of a durable, timeless building.
