IOS Virreyes

Space Mexico as Architects

IOS Virreyes is characterized by being the beginning of a new concept; the challenge was to keep the essence of the business with the flexibility to serve different companies inside the same space.

For that purpose we were able to maintain the concept of elegance and modernity that characterizes all the IOS Offices but now with a warmer touch with materials such as Wooden grey marble in the hallways and wood in the open areas, as well as laminated glass giving greater transparency and simplicity to the space, responding and adapting to the new forms of work.

To do this we worked from the source in order to make a shift not only in the finishes, but also in the new image of the primary spaces for the user.

The Concierge Space intended to satisfy the needs of the user, designed in a large and comfortable space.

The Hub As its name suggests, an innovative space was created in order to make a shift to the primary hub of the offices, a place where work interconnections are generated through networking, turning it into a flexible, large space with each area intended for a more casual type of meeting.

Bistro More than a simple kitchenette, this space was designed as a work café, a space where work interconnections can also be generated in a more informal environment with the tools necessary for socializing and the collaboration of its uses.

A small touch that has a big impact, decorative elements such as racks, credenzas, prints, paintings and photographs, give each space its own stamp, integrating perfectly with the surroundings of all the offices.
