Located next to the wonderful Arenal beachand in the historic centre of Calpe, ISEA combines the optimization of space and function at its best. Two compact prisms oriented towards the best sea views that are intertwined by a concrete vertebra that pro- tects them from the sun.

This feature creates its unique identity: a series of ocean waves that surround the building. Sinuous curves run through the facade. Balconies facing to the sea and opening the inside to the breadth of the Mediterranean Sea. Living rooms transformed into large terraces thanks to the overlapping of the windows with the railings.

When night falls, the carefully selected lighting and landscaped parts in the common areas invite us to a relaxing dip in the drop-shaped pool.
