The house is located 32 kilometers from Coyhaique, surrounded by lakes and with a panoramic view of the imposing Lake Castor.
The nature of the place; Between cliffs, lakes and the Lenga forests, define the position and shape of the house in Coyhaique, which is built on top of the peninsula, anchored to the rock.
The project started at an advanced stage of architecture, which we took and accommodated to the client's needs, both in terms of finishes, decoration and architectural elements. The use of local materials, lenga wood and surrounding stone was privileged.
