Jaypee Greens Villa has been surrounded by a completely different set of challenges and possibilities.
The challenge was to work upon the existing civil structural envelope as commissioned on site, and to enhance it in a way that it corresponds to the urban design controls applicable in the locality. Moreover, the task at hand was interior designing as against interior decoration.
The possibilities were nevertheless to work upon fresh and chic design ideas.
The villa is to be used as a weekend retreat by the owner, where the primary concern has been abundant natural light and ventilation.The layout has been re-configured as per the requirements to provides larger rooms and their integration to the landscaped area in the front and the rear setbacks. The rear side is further flanked by a golf course that provides ample cool and fresh breeze to enter the house. The villa also incorporates a roof-top bar with independent landscaped zones.
