This project consisted of a full renovation of a 320 m2 apartment in one of the best areas of Barcelona, very close to Parc Turó. The project was made for a family of 4 members.
The highlight of this apartment is that it has 3 sides direct to the outside, with a full-perimetre terrace - so the natural light available is huge. In this sense, this particularity was key for the layout: we placed the social area and the bedrooms throughout the perimetre of the house and placed the bathrooms and other less important spaces in the inside.
As for the materials we used:
- Flooring: almost all the floor in natural stone.
- Walls: all the walls that lead to doors and space change, are in oak wood, and the rest in OOAA lime mixture.
As for the decoration, a mixture of vintage pieces found in the European markets, of brand new furniture, of OOAA designed furniture, and OOAA designed textiles, accompany the architecture speaking the same language.
