Abstract

Hitzig Militello arquitectos as Architects

In every space of Buenos Aires´s Juan Valdez, the essence of Colombian coffee is reflected, connecting the product’s origin with a new local identity. The colonial tiles that line the walls evoke coffee farms, while the lighting fixtures resemble traditional roofs, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The petiribí wood used in the furniture adds solidity and naturalness, complemented by jute, which introduces a warm texture typical of Latin America. A piece of furniture specifically designed to showcase the products becomes a distinctive feature, aligned with the brand’s visual identity.

Artistic wooden details and pastel tones on the walls represent the Colombian coffee landscapes, bringing a touch of color that connects visitors to the nature of the product. The result is a space where coffee is the protagonist, surrounded by materials that reinforce its authenticity and Latin American origin.
