The private residential house is located in Pushcha-Vodytsia, a place that has been loved by Kyiv residents as a summer retreat since the late 19th century. Even today, with few exceptions, Pushcha-Vodytsia continues to serve this purpose. The house is situated on the plot to preserve the existing trees, primarily pines, as much as possible.
The house is designed for a single family. On the first floor, there is a living room with a dining area, a study, and a swimming pool, all of which open onto an outdoor terrace. The second floor extends over the entrance and the car parking area on the street side, as well as over the terrace in the yard.

The second floor includes three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to an outdoor terrace (a usable roof over the living room and swimming pool).
The architectural concept of the house is very straightforward: a white marble block rests on a rough, untreated block of labradorite. This idea emerged during a visit to the quarry where labradorite is extracted. We noticed that the outer edges of the stone blocks, "drilled out" of the rock mass, have a beautiful, uneven surface but are trimmed off and discarded. These "trimmings" were used as the finishing material for the first floor of the house.
The finishing material for the second floor naturally followed, complementing the labradorite.
