Complete renovation of a villa of approximately 250 m2 on Lake Como. The project arose from the need to transform this house from a vacation spot into a couple's home. The concept was born from emphasizing natural light and the view of the lake.
Therefore, we developed a design featuring very open spaces, creating unique perspectives from various points of the house. From the entrance, you immediately perceive a sort of painting framed by a wooden portal overlooking the kitchen and the lake beyond.
From the stairs, a low glass door provides a glimpse of the living room. Upstairs, only the sleeping area comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large, private terrace.
