Nestled on a corner lot along Richardson Street in Dearborn Heights, this landmark multifamily residential project redefines contemporary living through a carefully crafted composition of four distinct housing units, guided by a clear architectural vision. The design unfolds as a deliberate game of volumes, with a grounded base accommodating two modest yet comfortable apartments, above which two sleek cubic forms rise to house duplex units enriched by thoughtfully designed terraces, creating both visual dynamism and functional efficiency.
Each unit benefits from its own private entrance, reinforcing a sense of individuality and intimacy typically associated with single-family homes, while fostering privacy and comfort within a multifamily setting. Nature is seamlessly woven into the project, as ground-floor residences are welcomed by pockets of greenery at their entrances, and upper duplexes enjoy generous terraces that invite personalization and outdoor living.
This approach is expressed through a contemporary architectural language defined by geometric simplicity, flat roofs, modern materials such as wood and aluminum composite panels, open floor plans, and expansive windows that flood interiors with natural light.
