This project take part to an array of building in shape of blocks along a public garden park. The Ribbon is framed by a pedestrian area going to the public garden park, Le Nuage design by the architect Philippe STARK (sports complex of four stages), and a twelve stages tower design by Architect Studio.
Our project occupies a pivotal position between this real estate developments in Montpellier. Next to the Jacque Coeur basin and park, Le Ruban is largely fenestrated, offering a magnificent view of surrounding nature.
The volume of the building is organized around six levels. Two perforated metal sheet ribbon wrap the building, A perfect technology to preserve users to sunshine, which presents an ideal luminosity for work. The second one is inspired by french lace.
