This project has been recognized at the 2025 International Architecture Awards in the Sports & Recreation category, presented by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
The project is part of LeDap’s expansion, an international leader in the padel industry with a presence in Europe and the Middle East, promoting the sport’s growth, digitalization, and professionalization through club operations, professional tournaments, court manufacturing, and digital platforms.
The project includes 17 padel courts (12 covered and 5 outdoors), a service block along the south façade with locker rooms and a cafeteria on the ground floor, and multipurpose rooms on the upper level. A partially open metal roof provides weather protection. Surface parking is provided for 23 vehicles and 30 bicycles.
The design seeks functional and coherent integration with its surroundings, respecting urban planning parameters while offering modern infrastructure for the professional and recreational development of padel.
