'Refined Minimalism for Wellness Care.'
LEE PSYCHIATRIC CLINIC was planned as a clinic focused on body shaping and obesity treatment, with the goal of creating a space that reduces the tension typically associated with medical environments while conveying comfort and trust. From the moment visitors enter, the space is designed to naturally instill a sense of calm, allowing them to focus on healthy transformation in a reassuring atmosphere.
The key design concept of the project is “Refined Minimalism.” Based on warm neutral tones, unnecessary ornamentation was eliminated, and a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere was achieved through restrained compositions of lines and planes. The authenticity and texture of materials such as specialty paint finishes, natural marble, and indirect lighting were emphasized to enhance the overall spatial quality.
The circulation was carefully planned to flow naturally from reception to consultation, treatment, and procedures, enabling users to intuitively experience the space. In addition, the waiting area was designed not merely as a place to wait, but as a comfortable lounge-like space, where soft lighting and warm material textures create a stable and relaxing ambiance.
