A dramatic three story light well with floating stair connects the living space with our new light beacon on rooftop. Cable rail extends up three stories to the skylights above. A new roof deck with dramatic views of New York harbor and the statue of liberty. Colorful duplex with custom orange and blue lacquer cabinets and Flavor Paper wallpaper throughout. Reclaimed wood and exposed brick walls reuses existing building materials. Juxtaposed with contemporary steel and glass stairwell, wonderful mixture of old and new.
