ATDESIGNOFFICE advocates that innovative enterprises should provide employees with more open and diverse community spaces, emphasizing the impact of natural contact on work efficiency and satisfaction. We firmly believe that the spark of innovation stems from the integration of openness and diversity, and we are committed to creating a vibrant community space for employees where thoughts collide freely, igniting endless possibilities. We have not only built a workplace but also a home where creativity can flourish.

The five-story building is a massive box measuring 118 meters long and 38 meters wide. Our design centers around organizing such a large office space with a large community hub, which we call Central Avenue. Our design emphasizes creating a large public space in the lobby of the first floor as a community center to enhance communication among employees and with external suppliers. The core of the atrium is two blue staircases we added, encouraging movement between floors and bringing vitality and a more three-dimensional spatial experience to the atrium.

The structure of the stairs is cleverly designed to reduce the number of columns, giving a sense of lightness. Central Avenue evokes the landscape and commercial activities along the main streets of a city. United's Central Avenue features landscaped courtyards, leisure water bars, meeting and communication areas, and two atriums that can host various events regularly, such as lectures, exhibitions, and celebrations. Open office areas are distributed on both sides of Central Avenue.
