The residential building is situated within the Lisi topographic region, an area seamlessly integrated into the surrounding lake ecosystem, offering an ideal synthesis with the natural landscape defined by the bordering mountains and the water’s edge.

Guided by a low-rise development principle from the outset, the site was organized into a series of terraces, where the residential volumes were distributed across three levels, as per the programmatic brief.

The design intent was to create an architecture that fosters a strong connection to the surrounding recreational spaces, interlinking various functional zones while establishing dynamic visual relationships through minimalist geometric forms. The use of natural materials such as stone and wood was prioritized to enhance this symbiotic integration with the environment.

The primary orientation of the residence directs views inward toward the courtyard, which resulted in a more restrained and solid facade facing the main road. The terraced configuration facilitated the creation of private outdoor spaces, each tailored to specific functions such as bedrooms and living areas.

Access to the plot is provided at ground level through a central foyer, from which a staircase leads to the private sleeping quarters on the second floor. Adjacent to the entry hall are the work and small living spaces, a bedroom, and auxiliary functional rooms. A double-height ceiling element establishes a visual and spatial connection to the dining area on the lower level, which in turn opens into the kitchen, defined by a decorative glass partition.

On the same level, a few steps down, the sitting area is located, offering expansive views into the green courtyard through full-height glazed openings. The living and kitchen spaces extend outward to an elevated covered terrace, seamlessly transitioning to an open-air pool, thereby harmonizing the architectural composition with the natural surroundings.
