The Project is located at the northwest of the city, in Zona Esmeralda, State of Mexico. It’s a cold place with lots of hills with great views. The property had a trapezoidal shape with a downward slope and grate views to the north. The client requested to take advantage of the views for a warm house and a grate garden. It was necesary to find a way that would solve all the problems in the same idea.

Taking advantage of the shape of the property, the proposal was opted for a "T" shaped floor plan that took advantage of the east-west sun and obtained views from the side, reserving a lot of free space for the garden that coexists with all the spaces.
