The design concept of the main areas are the result of combining different diagonal patterns and materials such as wood, bronze-colored metal, marble, and terrazzo. The apartment is located in the center of Chania and is developed on the 5th and 6th floor of a newly built building. The main goal of architectural design and interior decoration was to create a comfortable and luxurious living space for the purpose of tourist exploitation. The apartment is developed on two levels with a total area of 148.00 sq.m. On the second level we find the living room, the kitchen with the dining room and a small wc. The Project is located at the northwest of the city, in Zona Esmeralda, State of Mexico. It’s a cold place with lots of hills with great views. The property had a trapezoidal shape with a downward slope and grate views to the north. The client requested to take advantage of the views for a warm house and a grate garden. It was necesary to find a way that would solve all the problems in the same idea. The Sporthalle+ project involves the construction of two new halls as part of the 2018 State Horticultural Show in Lahr, Baden, Germany. The two uses, multi-purpose hall and sports hall, structure the building with a staggered arrangement. This geometric clarity is differentiated by two cut-out courtyards, which serve as protected outdoor areas: the entrance courtyard and the “Vereinshof” (club courtyard).The southern entrance courtyard as the main access leads from the car park to the event hall and is oriented towards the town centre of Lahr.
