A new residence captures and provides a connection to water from all aspects when moving through the internal spaces.
A large glazed void separates the volumes while cantilevered roof elements provide protection and shade.
Warm natural materials and palette tones have been selected internally and externally.
Large mature trees on either side of the residence acts as bookends and allow filtered internal views from inside to the water beyond.
