It derives from a recovery plan that has made possible to transform an agglomeration of old industrial volumes into a mixed complex of services (a large fitness center) and accommodation activities, through an urban planning procedure envisioned within the P.P. Ostiense.
The fifth building on the Lungotevere, in front of the Testaccio district, never completed before, has thus found its unitary conclusion with a courageous architecture, which is affected, in current terms, by the linguistic figure present in the buildings along the river that historically characterizes some urban riverbeds of the Central-Northern Italy.
