The apartment is part of a new in a closed-type residential complex in the southern part of Sofia. The apartment is a three-room unit with an open vestibule connecting the living area and the bedrooms, with the bathroom and toilet positioned in between.

The project is dominated by predominantly light colours and tones on the walls and flooring. They compensate for the lower natural light in the apartment due to its east-west exposure.

The main accents in the living room are the two bookshelves. In the relaxation area, the bookshelf behind the television combines a bright colour with stone cladding.

The dining area is dominated by a tall bookshelf in dark oak veneer, designed to facilitate access to the dining table.

The kitchen cabinets are minimalist, entirely in white, and visually define the more passive, secondary role of the cooking area. The only decoration is the milling on the upper cabinet doors.

Each area in the living room is equipped with separate artificial lighting, with the chrome pendant light above the dining table taking the lead. The lighting above the kitchen is highly functional, using a track system with spotlights.

The wet rooms are clad with large granite tiles with a stone motif in combination with small white decorative tiles. A reference to the other rooms is provided by the veneered cabinet doors and chrome built-in faucets.

The bedroom exudes a distinctly warmer atmosphere, thanks to the parquet-clad wall, which once again showcases the combination of light and dark wood. The storage cabinets above the bed provide additional storage space, essential for the owners who are a young family with two children.

The primary ceiling lighting is complemented by elegant bedside lamps.

A special request from the owners was to maximize the sense of space in the apartment. This was achieved through floor-to-ceiling interior doors. The doors have only side casings and wings, visually enhancing the height and volume of the rooms.
