The design responds to the mountainous topography of the site, adapting to its natural contours in a way that allows each unit to enjoy direct views of the lake while maintaining privacy between dwellings. The overall orientation and layout aim for a harmonious integration with the natural landscape, prioritizing visual and spatial connection with the surroundings.

Each residence is developed on two levels. Access is through the upper floor, which contains the public areas and connects directly to the outdoor terraces with lake views. The lower floor, partially buried into the terrain, accommodates the private areas. This vertical arrangement makes use of the natural slope, ensuring clear separation between uses and reinforcing the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

Materials such as concrete and wood are used to create a sober and contemporary expression that resonates with the natural setting. The complex maintains a consistent architectural language, seeking to minimize its visual impact and enhance the experience of living in a landscape defined by mountains, forest, and water. The stepped arrangement of the residences follows the natural slope of the terrain, allowing the architecture to become part of the landscape while preserving the views and privacy of each home.
