The house is conceived as a sequence of spaces that blur the boundaries between interior and exterior, strengthening its connection with the surrounding landscape.

Located on a lot facing a water canal, the house establishes a direct and constant relationship with its surroundings. Developed over two floors, the residence is organized around an inner courtyard that spans both levels, creating a central axis that visually and spatially connects the different areas of the house.

The courtyard introduces natural light and fresh air into the interiors while creating multiple points of connection with the outdoors. This central void becomes a defining element of the project, balancing the relationship between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

The interiors are characterized by a light color palette that reinforces a bright and spacious atmosphere.

On the façade, slatted cladding adds texture and depth to the volume, giving it a distinctive character. On the upper floor, a large terrace opens towards the water, framing unobstructed views of the landscape and creating a space for enjoying the tranquility of the site.

The interplay between the courtyard, open spaces, and framed views creates a calm and contemporary architecture, where the landscape becomes an integral part of everyday life.
