The project has two levels for commercial use, a restaurant, two more levels for apartment area, and the last level features a penthouse and a public pool with a bar. Our client’s goal was to maximize the usage of the estate, conjugating the apartment and commercial area within one, as well as to use traditional materials to not be invasive with the surroundings.
