Mazzei has built a reputation as a high-end residential builder known for quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. As the business grew, they needed a workplace that could keep pace, supporting collaboration across teams while also holding up as a space for client engagement. We were engaged to deliver the project in a tight 12-week programme, with the brief to match the level of quality and detail Mazzei brings to its own work.

Working closely with the Mazzei team, we combined our delivery experience with their own trusted trades, coordinating multiple disciplines to keep the programme moving without dropping the level of detail expected from a high-end builder. Careful planning, procurement and site coordination were central to holding both the timeline and the finish.

Alongside interior designers Made For, we helped shape and deliver the interior, carrying the design intent, material selections and detailing through from concept to completion. Front-of-house was a particular focus, with detailed joinery, integrated lighting and a refined material palette setting the tone for arrival. Through the rest of the workplace, meeting and collaboration spaces were planned alongside services integration, joinery and amenities, balancing the technical demands of the build with a resolved interior.
