Design Concept
The design vocabulary is deliberately minimal. A curated material palette of black marble, white marble, natural oak, and matte black fixtures runs throughout the home, creating visual cohesion between public and private spaces.
Spatial planning emphasizes openness in communal areas while providing intimacy in bedrooms and bathrooms. Vertical elements—particularly custom fluted timber wall panels—add dimension and draw attention to ceiling height, making rooms feel more expansive than their footprints suggest.
