The Architectural Vision
The challenge was to create a 400 sq.ft. footprint that feels expansive. By utilizing a 270-degree glazing strategy, we’ve blurred the boundaries between the interior sanctuary and the tropical landscape. The structure is built to Australian Standard AS 1684, ensuring a level of seismic and structural integrity rarely seen in local prefabricated modules.
Materiality & Interior Curation
The interior palette is a deliberate play on contrasts. We’ve paired matte dark cabinetry with warm light-oak flooring to create depth and visual interest. The layout prioritizes "functional luxury"—every millimetre is accounted for, from the integrated galley kitchen to the panoramic living zone that doubles as a professional studio or hospitality suite.
