Modern Mountain Retreat fits snugly on the parcel in Martis Camp and has a deceiving look of a smaller home from the outside with a short driveway to a hidden detached garage. The overhead two car garage door is designed and built to be flush with the surrounding rainscreen siding. Entering from the garage to the mudroom, one has the option to turn towards the spa area with a steam shower, sauna, cold plunge and hot tub, or turn towards the large open living, dining and kitchen area. This room has a slope roof above and is what makes the size seem small from the outside with 19' tall windows on the inside. The large sliding window panels open from the kitchen corner back to both sides extending the kitchen into the outdoor rear terraces with a built in BBQ, wood fired pizza oven, fire pit and connecting to the hot tub. One unique aspect of this home is the Master Bedroom that is cantilevered thirty feet from the lower Guest Master giving one the feeling of floating above the ground.
