Montereserva Penthouse is a high-end residential interior project located in Bogotá, Colombia. Conceived as a comprehensive interior transformation, the proposal redefines the social and private areas through spatial continuity and material refinement.
The intervention integrates the living room, dining area, and terrace into a cohesive architectural sequence, enhancing visual flow and indoor–outdoor connection. The master suite was developed as a private extension of this language, reinforcing material consistency and controlled lighting strategies.
The project emphasizes understated luxury, clean architectural geometry, and a curated palette of premium finishes that establish a timeless yet contemporary residential environment.
Developed as a complete interior architecture proposal, the design includes spatial planning, detailing, and visualization aligned with future execution.
