Designed by Seraro by Ramical, Pradera House is a contemporary residence in the cold Sabana de Bogotá, Colombia, that balances sophisticated luxury with tectonic honesty.
The architecture is configured in an 'L' shape to embrace a central natural water mirror, blurring the boundaries between the interior comfort and the raw external landscape. The design relies on an honest material palette: local exposed brick—a tribute to local identity—polished concrete, natural wood, and high-performance minimalist glazing.
Inside, the material narrative continues. The grand, double-height living room features a monumental concrete fireplace, while the private areas offer warm, custom-designed retreats. From the master suite’s sloped wooden ceiling to the spa-like bathrooms with private pocket patios, every space is crafted to offer a serene sanctuary of light and well-being.
